Ms. Orla McCarthy

Director of the Office of the Vice-Provost/CAO Academic Services Division

The Director of the Office of the Vice-Provost/CAO provides high-level, strategic administrative support to the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer and is secretary to Planning Group, Heads of School Committee and other adhoc groups as required.

Ms. Stephanie Reilly

Manager of the Office of the Vice-Provost/CAO Academic Services Division

Stephanie provides direct administrative support to the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer including all correspondence and diary arrangements. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Office including the management of the Administrative Officers providing support to the College Officers based in ASD.

Ms. Jessica Hickey

Administrative Officer Academic Services Division

Jessica is the first point of contact for visitors to the Office of the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer and is a central part of the OVP/CAO team. She provides direct administrative support to the Senior Lecturer/Dean of Undergraduate Studies including diary management, correspondence, and in matters of academic policy and practice relating to Undergraduate Studies. Jessica also manages the bookings for the West Theatre Meeting Room.

Mr. Aidan Marsh

Administrative Officer Academic Services Division

Aidan provides direct administrative support to the Senior Dean, Junior Dean, and the Dean of Students including diary management, correspondence, and in policy and practice relating to the Officers remit. He is secretary to the Capitation Committee and the Trinity Legacies Review Working Group. Aidan also provides additional support to the Office of the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer.

Mr. Connor Hillman

Administrative Officer Academic Services Division

Connor supports the Dean of Graduate Studies and is also part of the Postgraduate Renewal Programme team in the Office of the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer. They provide direct administrative support to the Dean, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and collaborating with various college departments on academic policy and practice relating to postgraduate studies.
