As Career Mentoring Officer, Elaine manages Career mentoring initiatives at Trinity College Dublin.  

Elaine has over 15 years of global experience, leading early in career talent strategies across EMEA, LATAM, APAC & North America, most recently as Head of Emerging Talent for EMEA & LATAM at LinkedIn. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law & Irish from University of Galway, a MSC in Human Resource Management from Michael Smurfit Graduate School and is also CIPD accredited.
