A Knowledge Centre that sees the global carbon neutrality and energy security challenge as a complex, trans disciplinary and multi-faceted permanent subject matter in its own right.

This follows EU recognition of the “Low Carbon Technologies” concept by the Fit for 55 legislative package. “Fit for 55” refers to the EU’s target of reducing net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030. The proposed legislative package aims to bring EU legislation in line with the 2030 goal.
