Governance Structure

1. One thirty-minute Management Committee meeting will be held once a month. The Management Committee are responsible for all decisions relating to the center. Decisions are expected to be unanimous. A quorum shall be two.

• OCPKE Representative: Juan Valverde.

2. A single one-hour Steering Committee meeting will be held once a quarter.

Steering Committee Composition

• Centre Coordinators: Stephen Dooley & Stephen Spence.
• Research Strand Leads: Self nominations accepted.
• OCPKE Representative: Juan Valverde.
• Research Office Representative: To be nominated.
• Trinity Development Representative: To be nominated.

3. A single “all-hands” progress review will be held once per year.

• Centre Coordinators: Stephen Dooley & Stephen Spence.
• Research Strand Leads: Self nominations accepted.
• OCPKE Representative: Juan Valverde.
• Research Office Representative: To be nominated.
• Trinity Development Representative: To be nominated.
• Stakeholding Partners: Participating Schools, SFI MAREI, SFI AMBER, SEAI, Siemens Energy, Ryanair, and other industry partners.
• All Researchers: To be named.
• Heads of School. Head of School of each Center PI are invited.
