The Department of Political Science is located just off the west side of Trinity’s main campus, on the fourth and fifth floors of 1 College Green. If you need any guidance or assistance during your studies, the departmental team is here to help - feel free to get in touch or call by during office hours.
1–5 College Green is a connected building, with the main entrance at 3 College Green. After taking the main lift or stairs, turn left to reach 1 College Green.
- For the fourth floor of 1 College Green, press 3 in the lift.
- For the fifth floor, press 4.

The College Calendar provides key academic dates as well as important information about regulations and course requirements.
You can access your personal exam timetable through my.tcd.ie. The full University exam timetable is also published on the Academic Registry website.

Independent Student Completion Form
You may also need to complete an Independent Student Completion Form if your studies are being concluded outside the normal registration process. This form can be downloaded below.

Progress Report Form
PhD students are required to submit an annual Progress Report Form to track their research and supervisory progress. Details on how to complete and submit this form are available on the Graduate Studies website.
