Minister for Health announces €15 million investment to support TILDA research on ageing

The funding will enable The Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing in Ireland to collect information on health, economic and social circumstances of a representative group of adults, aged 45 years and over, between 2023 and 2030.

Findings from the largest study to date in Ireland to characterise the population affected by chronic kidney disease (CKD), over the age of 50 years, have been published.
