Incoming Erasmus & International Exchange Students

Trinity Business School warmly welcomes Erasmus and international visiting students from all around the globe. You may attend modules at Trinity College for just one semester or the entire academic year. Students must be nominated by their home university and may take most modules on offer in the second, third, and fourth years. Full-year students are expected to enrol in both halves of any full-year module.

2026 Orientation
The TBS & SSP online orientation session for incoming students took place on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, from 1–2pm.
The TBS in-person Orientation session took place on Friday, 11 September 2026, at 11am in the Maharry Theatre (B125) in the Business School. All incoming students enrolled in Business modules received the slides. If you have not received them, please let us know and we will provide them.

Once you receive your TCD student email, please use it when communicating with TCD departments and module leaders, and always include your TCD student number.
Arrival/departure forms - You can have these signed and stamped at the Academic Registry Service Desk.
Module changes – You can change your modules at the Academic Registry Service Desk during the Change of Mind period. More information on Visiting Module Enrolment is available here.
If you are still missing a tutorial allocation for a BUU module on Monday, 21 September, or if you allocated and there are clashes with other lectures/tutorials, please email us and we will sort it out for you.

Exams and resits - All official TCD exams are held in person in Dublin and cannot be taken online. Please check the assessment timelines in the Academic Calendar and make sure you are in Dublin for all your exams and reassessments.
