Biography

Paul is an AI and data advisor with 30 years’ experience helping organisations improve executive decision-making and business outcomes through a data-led approach. He has delivered around 500 projects for more than 100 clients across 25 countries, in sectors including health, life sciences, banking, utilities, human services, policing, technology, food and manufacturing.

He is a former Managing Director in Accenture Applied Intelligence and Equity Partner in EY Ireland’s Data and AI practice, and led the establishment of three AI Centres of Excellence in Ireland.

At Trinity Business School, Paul is an Adjunct Teaching Fellow on the MBA programme, where his focus is the business of AI: how AI is reshaping industries, markets and investment.

Paul holds a degree in Mathematics and an MSc in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Strathclyde, where he has been a guest lecturer on the MSc in Business Analytics for the past ten years.
