Biography
Dylan holds a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Sustainability and Non-Financial Reporting. His research interests include the implications of non-financial reporting frameworks, pension fund sustainability with beneficiary engagement, as well as financial and sustainable finance literacy. Dylan has published in the Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal (SAMPJ) and frequently presents at conferences to disseminate research findings. Prior to pursuing his PhD, Dylan worked as a non-financial reporting consultant, assisting companies with their EU Non-Financial Reporting Obligations. Dylan has taught courses in ESG and Responsible Financial Management, Accounting and Finance.
