Biography
Moyang Guo is a PhD researcher at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin, working under the primary supervision of Ulrich Leicht-Deobald, with Ana Pilar Pérez-Luño Robledo as co-supervisor.
Moyang’s research focuses on workplace boredom within the field of organisational behaviour. This research explores boredom’s potential positive role at work and the consequences it may have as an emotion in organisational settings.
Alongside this research, Moyang supports teaching and learning as a teaching assistant across several undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Trinity College Dublin.
